SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION 2010-2011
- For the first few weeks, please allow a 05/10-minute variation at your stop (AM & PM).
- You will be notified if changes are made.
- Please note that Buses cannot wait for latecomers.
- At dismissal, students board the same bus they rode to school and are dropped off where they were picked up (or accordantly to what was agreed with ACST).
- Buses are marked with digits/letters so students can board the correct bus home.
Bus Stop Tips for new ACST Bus Riders:
Since there may be several buses picking up children in the same area, we recommend ...
1-Before the school year begins, you and your child visit us to arrange bus pick-up location.
2-Be sure your child knows the safest way to the exact location where the bus will stop.
3-When taking your child to the bus stop on the first day, it is important to be at the pick-up location at least five minutes early.
4-Your child should know the bus number and the name of the bus monitor. This will insure that your child will board the correct bus. 5-Each bus will have a sign located on the side of the bus for your convenience.
6-You and your child should become familiar with our bus monitor.
7-If your child is not riding the bus; is picked up by someone else - Kindly inform the Bus monitor.
8- If your child is picked up by someone or ridding a different bus please return the attached Bus Note.
