Welcome to the ACST Upper School Library.

The Upper School Library, serving students in grades 6-12, is the heart of the school and community.  The US Library has a print and multi-media collection of approximately 14,000 items.  To serve our students and community the US Library uses Destiny OPAC as its online catalog and circulation program, we subscribe to a number of online subscription databases such as EBSCO, SIRS Researcher and Discoverer, Newsbank.  Both MAC and PC computers are available for student use.  The library not only supports the school curriculum, but also serves the educational and recreational reading/viewing needs of students, teachers and parents.

This will also give you access to the subscription databases and other useful websites.  Ask the library staff for the passwords.

Video Club: The Upper School Library has a video/dvd collection available to the ACST community, staff, parents, and students. DVDS are purchased from the United States or UK with these fees. Parents and students may join for the year for 35 Dinar; after Jan 14 the fee is reduced to 20 Dinar.  Please see one of the library staff to join.
