In Middle School, students gain computer skills and knowledge in their technology elective course and through integration of computers into some of their classes. In their technology elective, students hone their computer skills and develop further skills in electronics, CAD, and video production. The Middle School elective is meant to expose students to a wide variety of technologies. Students also use a mobile lab and the Integration Lab with their regular academic classes.
Middle School Tech Class
This course consists of quarter and Semester long explorations of technology. Photoshop, Indesign, CAD, Microscope, html, mathematics and robotics are examined and looked at for future possibilities. An electronic portfolio is created using Powerpoint.
