Strategic Plan
ACST’s Strategic Plan guides our school's future plans and decision-making. It is mission driven and was created using input from all stakeholders. The Board approved the initial Strategic Plan in May of 2023. Every year, the Board modifies and updates the Strategic Plan as we accomplish our goals and readjust our objectives.
In conjunction with our Strategic Plan, ACST was recently reaccredited with Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges (MSA). As a part of this process, our Self Study outlines a Plan for Growth and Improvement. We have identified four objectives for ACST.
At ACST, all decisions are strictly based on merit, including in employment, admissions, and grading.

Planning with Purpose
Grounded in our mission and shaped by our community, our Strategic Plan ensures that every decision moves us closer to a bold, student-centered future. Progress isn’t just tracked—it’s lived every day in our classrooms and community.
Opening Hearts
ACST has been opening the hearts of students, staff, and parents for 60 years. What began in 1959 with eight students in an old barn has become a special place where more than 5,000 students have come and opened their hearts to each other and to learning.
