Registration Fee for New Enrollment (Grades 2-12):

Registration fee is a one-time fee paid upon admissions to grades 2-12. Maximum fee per family $10,000.

Lunch Fee:

Lunch is charged for the full year and is payable with tuition fees. Refunds are given for unconsumed lunches at the end of the school year.

Re-enrolLment deposit:

A re-enrollment deposit of $500 per student is payable in May each year. This will guarantee a place the following year for your children at ACST. This deposit will be deducted from the tuition fee for the following year. Families who notify the school in writing by early June that they will not be returning for the following year will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Financial Aid

ACST budgets a small amount each year for financial aid. Financial aid is awarded to families who have exceptional, unexpected needs. It usually is between 5-10 percent of the overall invoice, and is given for a maximum of three years. Families applying for financial aid must submit financial records, demonstrating need. Financial aid is reviewed in May, September and December each year.

Other fees

Families may be charged additional fees if their children attend international trips for Model United Nations, robotics competitions, or athletic trips.

Opening Doors

At ACST, we have an open admissions policy. This means we accept students who we can serve and we help them grow to their full potential. While other schools might use their admissions process to select only the best talent, we take pride in the fact that our educational program seeks to develop talent.
