Managing tuition fees is one of the primary responsibilities of our Finance team. We oversee the billing process for tuition and other fees, ensuring that all charges are accurate and align with the school’s fee structure. We provide families with clear payment options, deadlines, and support to make the payment process as simple and transparent as possible.

Each year, our team works closely with school leadership and the Board of Governors to develop the school’s annual budget. This budget allocates resources to all areas of the school, ensuring that spending aligns with the school’s priorities, including faculty salaries, academic resources, campus improvements, and afterschool activities. The goal is to ensure that every dollar spent enhances the learning environment for our students.

Our Finance team regularly produces detailed financial reports, which are shared with the school leadership and the Board of Governors. These reports provide an overview of the school’s financial health, including income, expenses, and any financial trends. The reports are part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about how school funds are being utilized.

The Finance team also manages the school’s financial aid. We assess applications for financial assistance and ensure that funding is distributed in a fair and equitable manner to support families who need it most. 

In collaboration with the Procurement team, the Finance team ensures that all purchases and expenditures are well-planned and within the established budget. From classroom supplies to capital projects, we ensure that every investment is cost-effective and provides long-term value for the school community.

The Finance team ensures that ACST complies with all local and international financial regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards. We coordinate with external auditors to review and validate our financial statements, ensuring that all practices align with best practices in financial management.
