Transportation Service

To help us plan efficient and reliable transportation routes, families are kindly asked to register their child(ren) for school bus service by August 10. This ensures we can allocate seats, organize routes, and assign staff well in advance of the school year.

Please note that a seat on the school bus will not be guaranteed for students who are not registered by this date. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and bus routes will be finalized during the summer months.

Bus routes, pick-up and drop-off times, and contact details for assigned bus monitors will be shared via email a few days before the first day of school in August.

Buses will be fully operational starting on the first day of school, ensuring a smooth and timely start to the academic year.

2025–2026 Transportation Fee Schedule
Full-time/Full-year (Morning pick-up AND afternoon drop-off): 1600.00 USD/child
Full-time/Half-year: 850.00 USD/child
Half-time/Full-year (Morning pick-up OR afternoon drop-off only): 850.00 USD/child
 

To ensure your child(ren) are eligible for school bus service, new families and families relocating to a new residence are strongly encouraged to contact the Transportation Department prior to completing enrollment. This will help confirm whether your home address is within the school’s designated transportation service area.

Once eligibility is confirmed, please complete the Transportation Registration Form to request bus service for the upcoming school year.
